Return or refund?

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please refer to our detailed guides or contact us prior to ordering.

But what if order arrived damaged?

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if your product arrives damaged due to courier or delivery handling, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage.

While we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, we are committed to resolving issues related to shipping damage. Our team will work with you to find the best possible solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Replacement or refund, however, may take 7 days of processing.
